I charge £3.80 per hour. A 4 hour minimum per child. Full day rate is £36.00 (8am to 6pm). Weekly rate is £175.00 (Mon-Fri from 8am to 6pm). Late collections (after an agreed collection time) £3.80 per half hour. Before 8am & after 6pm £3.80 per half hour for each child. Full fee is required for child or parent`s sickness. No charge applies for childminders sickness.
School holidays: If my services are not required during school hols, a retainer is payable to hold the child`s place open. This is 50% of the contractual weekly charge. If the child attends during this time,full fee becomes due for those days. Outing fees for outings are variable, depending on entry charges. These are paid on top of the hourly charge for care.
Payment of fees: I can accept cash or cheque's when settling your fees. I would ask that payment is made in advance of the forthcoming week. This should be made on the 1st day of your child`s time with me that week. Should any late payment be submitted, an additional charge of £5 per day will be applied. If any arrears do occur, I do have the right to withdraw my care until your account is up to date. I reserve the right to withdraw my care should payment not be made after 5 employed days.
10% discount for second child.All snacks & drinks are included. Breakfast 50p, lunch £2.00, dinner£2.50, lunch is included for full time children.
Please note I don`t work weekends. I work 48 weeks of the year.
